About The Incredibles
My Journey with Mary Kay
My Mary Kay career began in 1995 when I decided I no longer wanted to pay full
price for these great products I had come to love as a customer.  Yes, my main
objective at the time was to get my products at cost and to (maybe) make a little
extra “fun money”!  What I didn’t know at the time was what God had in store for me
in the years to come.  I quickly fell in love with the company, their way of doing
business, and their philosophy of God first, family second, and career third.  At the
time, I was content in my job and my life, and chose to “do Mary Kay” simply as a
hobby.  I loved getting together with girlfriends and playing with all the products.  And
though I didn’t dedicate much time to Mary Kay, I thoroughly enjoyed the time I did
and knew that some day I would “get serious” about this Mary Kay thing.

That day came 10 years later when, as a stay-home mom with 3 small children, I
decided I needed something else in my life!  The thought of going back to work,
however, and being on someone else’s schedule was something I knew I could
never do again.  So, I began “getting serious” about Mary Kay.   I started holding
some classes and talking to people about this wonderful opportunity.  Six months
later (July 2005) I became an Independent Sales Director and oh, how my life has
changed!  I now work part-time (primarily from my home) and make the income that
I used to make working 40-50 hours per week at a “real’ job.  I have earned the use
of two cars and am currently working towards the highly-esteemed Pink Cadillac.
God has blessed me, through Mary Kay, with amazing girlfriends, unbelievable
training, wonderful mentors, and now the opportunity to help women grow and learn
and get whatever it is they want out of this business.   I am thankful for each level I
have experienced with Mary Kay and know that you, too, can get so much from this
opportunity.  I have been a “hobby” consultant; I have been a part-time consultant;
and now this is my career.  I feel I can help you achieve whatever goals you have
with Mary Kay --- regardless of what level you aspire, because I have been there
myself.

As a child, I knew I wanted to be a teacher.  I went to college and got degrees in
Business Administration and Business Education.  I think God knew that, someday,
I would be teaching women how to run a business.  I look forward to helping you run
yours!
